THE TRIBUNAL REJECTS THE CLAIMS OF THE COMPLAINANT AND ORDERS HIM TO RETURN THE LAISSEZ-PASSER WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO HIM ONLY FOR THE DURATION OF HIS EMPLOYMENT AND WHICH HE WAS BOUND TO RETURN ON EXPIRY OF THE LATTER.
